We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled teaching assistant to join our supportive and experienced SEND Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to provide appropriate levels of support and activities to a child in Key Stage 1 with social and emotional needs. There will be lots of opportunities for further training and understanding in supporting children with additional needs.
This role is a temporary appointment linking to high needs funding.
All staff and volunteers are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Barring check before taking up their new position and will support our rigorous safeguarding procedures.
Candidates need to be aware that this is a Catholic school and it is important that candidates feel able to support and uphold this ethos fully.
