Class Teacher - Maternity Leave

Part-time - 0.6 – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

This is a temporary appointment, likely to start on the 2nd September 2019, until 17th July 2020, or until the post-holder returns, if earlier.

The post will be in a Year 1/2 class.

EYFS Teaching Assistant

30 hours per week.

8.45 am - 12.10 pm    EYFS

12.10 - 1.10 pm           30 minutes lunchtime duty and 30 minute break

1.10 pm - 3.15 pm       EYFS

Term-time only + 2 Inset Days

Interview date: Thursday 20th June

Required from 2nd September 2019.

 We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable teaching assistant to join our supportive and experienced EYFS team. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to provide appropriate levels of support to a child with additional needs.  There will be lots of opportunities for further development of existing skills and understanding in supporting children with needs.

 

This role is a temporary appointment linking to high needs funding, initially to support a child with additional needs in EYFS, until the end of August 2020, or reviewed due to changes in funding.
