Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Required from 1st October 2018.

Grade: M25

30 hours per week (includes lunchtime duties).

Term-time only + 2 Inset Days

We are looking to appoint a skilled higher level teaching assistant who has a passion for learning, will put the needs of our children first and have excellent interpersonal skills

This role is a involves regular cover of teacher’s PPA time, cover for courses, sickness and absence.  It will involve teaching across the school.  The successful candidate will also teach small groups and individuals needed additional support.

8.45 am - 12.10 pm KS 2,

12.10 - 12.40 pm 30 minutes lunchtime duty. 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

 

Term-time only + 1.5 Inset Days

We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant who has a passion for learning, will put the needs of our children first and have excellent interpersonal skills.  St John’s is a fully inclusive school and aims for every child to reach their full potential through a rich and engaging curriculum.  You will be supported and valued in our motivated and caring team.

This role is a temporary SEN appointment linking to high needs funding, until the end of August 2019, or reviewed due to changes in funding. This appointment will involve SEN support in EYFS, including lunchtime playground duties.

This role is a temporary appointment to cover maternity leave until July 2019, or the return of the postholder if sooner.  The role will involve supporting a child with SEN and general support in Key Stage 2, including lunchtime playground duties.
